This drill collet chuck adapter allows quick accessory changes on multiple tools without replacing the collets. It is suitable for most electric tools, including electric drills, grinders, and screwdrivers, and can be used to convert a cordless driver or impact driver into a drill or similar tool. Suitable for use in cars, garages, warehouses, offices, homes, and other settings. Designed for electric grinders with 7 mm or 8 mm spindles; other sizes are not compatible. Thread diameter: approximately 7 mm (0.3 in). Type: short-tail or long-tail (optional). Length: approximately 20 mm (0.8 in). Package includes: 1 drill collet. Compatibility notes: If the housing between the nose and output shaft is hollow, the portion of the output shaft extending beyond 10 mm must be longer than 10 mm. If the nose housing and output shaft are nearly flush and tightly fitted, the portion extending beyond 13 mm must be longer than 13 mm. For small flexible shafts, the hollow section between the flexible-shaft handle head and output shaft must be longer than 13.8 mm. Some small flexible shafts available on the market are not compatible.
