Prepare a standard Leeb hardness test block with a known hardness value. 2. Press and hold the MENU key to enter the menu screen. Select calibration and press Enter to open the calibration screen. 3. Measure the hardness block five times with the measurement direction vertically downward; each measurement point must be more than 3 mm apart. 4. After the measurements are complete, the average value and calibration value are displayed automatically. 5. Enter the hardness value of the test block in the calibration value field. Use the arrow keys to select the number to change and press the MENU or MAT key to change the number. Press Enter to complete calibration, then press the return key to go back to the menu.
