Bent window sill/drip flashing, size 95, with a 5 drainage slope and no plaster edge or end closure. Made from new 1 mm aluminum, one-side coil-coated in RAL 9010 pure white and supplied with protective film on the coated side. The bent design has rounded edges, a 25 mm screw-on flange, a selectable projection, a 40 mm standard front visible edge, and a 15 mm rear return. Lengths of 500, 750, 1,000, 1,500, or 2,000 mm are available with a tolerance of 2 mm; specify the desired length with your order. The upper leg dimensions can be selected in millimeters, measured outer edge to outer edge. The screw-on flange has no perforations. Cut edges are not coated. The visible side faces outward. The protective film can be easily removed. Aluminum window sills should project approximately 40 mm beyond the finished facade. The front visible edge is normally 40 mm; a dimension from 25 to 40 mm can be requested with the order. Window sills and drip flashings are versatile and can be made to custom dimensions, including projection, length, and drainage-slope angle. Joint covers and plaster edges can be manufactured on request. Cut width = 15 + 40 + projection + 25 mm.
