Description
- Comfortable padding: High-quality EVA foam distributes weight evenly and helps relieve pressure on the neck and shoulders during squats, hip thrusts, lunges, and other barbell exercises.
- Durable design: Dense EVA foam provides shape-retaining padding that is robust, lightweight, and comfortable against the skin. The heat-compressed protective surface improves tear resistance and durability.
- Secure fit: Adjustable hook-and-loop straps help attach the pad firmly and securely to the barbell, reducing slipping during hip thrusts, squats, and other exercises.
- Pressure-relieving shape: The ergonomic design conforms to the neck area and helps distribute pressure more evenly across the neck, shoulders, and back.
- Versatile use: Suitable for barbell hip thrusts, squats, lunges, and glute bridges at home or in the gym.
- Anti-twist construction: The one-piece, dense EVA foam construction helps prevent the core from shifting or twisting under heavy loads. Supports up to 250 kg.
