Dimensions: 320 270 215 mm (L W H). Packaging dimensions: 375 335 265 mm (L W H). The centrifuge uses a mechanical lid lock made of ABS technical plastic. The rotor is made entirely of aluminum alloy. A DC brushless motor drive, microcomputer control, touch panel, and digital display provide stable and quiet operation. Parameters can be changed during operation without stopping the centrifuge. A dedicated RCF button automatically calculates and displays the relative centrifugal force value. The 10-step acceleration and deceleration control provides acceleration and deceleration times as short as 16 seconds. The gear-setting display is intuitive and clear and can meet the requirements of special separation samples. The display switches to seconds when the countdown time is less than one minute. The self-diagnostic system detects overspeed, speed loss, abnormal lid opening, and other errors during operation. Slow deceleration and stopping help improve the instrument's safety performance. Operation: After installing the rotor, place the reagent tubes containing the samples into the rotor. Do not fill the tubes beyond 80% of their capacity to prevent overflow during operation. To reduce unbalanced vibration, the reagent levels in all tubes should be essentially equal, with a weight difference of approximately 1 g. If only a few tubes are needed, place them symmetrically in the rotor. Asymmetrical operation is not permitted. Precautions: 1. Do not allow different liquids or other debris to enter the centrifuge chamber, as this may damage the main unit. 2. Properly ground the instrument housing to prevent accidents caused by moisture. 3. Do not open the top cover while the centrifuge rotor is running at high speed. 4. If the product is selected incorrectly, an alarm will sound automatically to remind you to select the correct setting again. 5. If the centrifuge's balance weight differs by more than 10 g, the instrument will automatically stop. Rebalance the centrifuge before continuing operation.
