FORTEX weighted vests are available in 10 kg and 20 kg versions. Weighted vests are designed to improve strength and endurance. They can increase the load during cardiovascular exercises such as running. The additional weight requires your body to work harder to carry it. Weighted vests are also suitable for plyometric and agility exercises because they increase the load and encourage more intensive training. Since the weight is positioned close and firmly against the torso, movement during pull-ups is more comfortable and natural than when weight is attached between the legs using a belt. These weighted vests are made from high-quality nylon without rubber or plastic parts. Their adjustable design allows them to be fitted to your body, while putting them on is easy and secure. The weight pockets remain in place and do not sag, even during intensive training. The short design is intended to maintain optimal mobility during exercise. Features: - Optimal freedom of movement - Extremely durable and robust, made from 1600D nylon - Adjustable strap with a sturdy hook-and-loop fastener for a close fit - Remains securely in place without loosening or sagging during intensive training - Thick inner padding for comfortable wear - Inner lining helps repel moisture and odors - Weight can be adjusted quickly and easily - Removable cast-iron weights Both vests are approximately 30 cm long and 28 cm wide, although the 10 kg vest is slightly narrower at the front. The length refers exclusively to the chest/back area and does not include the shoulders.
