The high-frequency induction melting furnace is an electric melting furnace for melting precious metals, forging, casting, and heat treatment. Using high-frequency electromagnetic induction technology, it heats gold, silver, copper, aluminum, and other metals quickly and evenly without an open flame, supporting safe and efficient operation. Selectable according to heating requirements: - Low power (2,000 W): jewelry casting and soldering small parts. - High power (3,000/4,000/6,000 W): hardening large parts, batch soldering, and metal melting. Accessories: 1. Water pump: Provides circulating cooling for the coil and main unit and helps prevent overheating damage. 2. Water tank/stainless-steel container: Stores the cooling water and forms a closed cooling system. 3. Crucible set: Graphite/quartz crucibles for holding the metals to be melted. 4. Foot pedal: Switches the heating on and off, allowing both hands to remain free. Suitable for soldering and melting. 5. Copper coil: Standard heating coil, ready for use. Main applications: 1. Jewelry making, including gold and silver casting and soldering. 2. Tool processing, including hardening small parts and soldering. 3. Laboratory research, including experiments with metallic materials and melting. 4. Small workshops and factories, including heat treatment and brazing. Safety instructions: 1. Water cooling is mandatory. Always switch on the water pump before operating the unit and make sure the water lines are clear. Never operate the unit without water, as this may damage the coil and main unit. 2. No-load protection: When load detection is enabled, the heating element switches on only when metal is present, helping prevent energy loss during no-load operation.
