The rug is made through a purely handwoven process with natural jute yarns that are entirely eco-friendly. Natural jute fiber is the second most widely produced plant fiber in the world after cotton. The production of this beautiful jute rug is a purely handmade and eco-friendly process, beginning with the cultivation of natural jute fibers and continuing through the handweaving of jute yarns.
