Stainless steel chimneys are not suitable for burning hard coal !! Double-wall, 500 mm wall pass-through with integrated double-wall liner The wall pass-through connects the single-wall flue pipe to the double-wall chimney. It closes off the insulation of the double-wall chimney and includes a double-wall liner on the other side, into which the flue pipe of a wood-burning stove or fireplace insert can be inserted. The wall pass-through can be shortened as required and adapted to the structural conditions, including the chimney wall clearance and the masonry wall thickness. WARNING! This component is specific to the chimney system and can only be combined with the corresponding chimney system. The wall pass-through should NOT be built into the wall with mortar before the actual chimney installation. It is installed during chimney assembly using a loose mineral insulating material, such as rock wool. Rigid installation by masonry can cause cracking over time because the wall pass-through is exposed to significant thermal fluctuations. It is covered on the outside with the matching wall rosette from the chimney system. This can also be sealed with silicone. On the inside, it is covered with a rosette from the flue pipe system. If you purchase this item together with our preconfigured chimney packages, the flue-gas coupling is omitted from those packages because it is included with the wall pass-through listed here.
