Multilingual 3-axis digital readout for milling and lathe machines with linear scale displacement display. Model: HS800-3. Input voltage: AC 80240 V. The HS800-3 is a high-performance universal display console with milling, turning, and grinding functions. This 3-axis model supports connection of up to three linear encoders. Additional interfaces are available for other axes or for adapting inputs to combine with equipment from other manufacturers; refer to the encoder compatibility guide. It features a durable membrane front panel with tactile switches, a robust die-cast housing, and a large, easy-to-read LCD. Functions include PCD, hole patterns, 200 zero memories, radius/diameter display, and tool offsets. The HS800-3 is a multifunctional 3-axis digital readout that can be adapted to different machining requirements by changing system parameters. Graphic machining functions include arc calculations, evenly spaced circular holes, drilling holes along an inclined line, angular surface machining calculations, taper measurement, and a digital filter function. The available DRO input frequency is up to 5 MHz with A/B signals. Basic functions include 200 auxiliary zero-position points, mid-split function, mm/inch conversion display, radius/diameter display switch, segmented error compensation, linear error compensation, power-failure memory, sleep switch, mathematical calculations, and an optional RS-232-C interface. Machining functions include PCD circular division, applicable to milling machines and high-voltage testing applications.
