Step 1: Choose the installation type In the window reveal: This installation option is suitable for all window types and for use with built-in roller shutters. The guide rails are screwed to the masonry on the left and right, so the window frame does not need to be damaged. On the window frame: This installation option is particularly suitable for small window openings and for use with surface-mounted roller shutters installed on the front of the masonry. The guide rails are screwed directly to the window frame. Step 2: Take the measurements Installation in the window reveal: For the most accurate measurement, measure the width B and height H at three points each. Use the smallest width and height measurements and subtract 2 mm from each, as the product is manufactured with a tolerance of up to 2 mm. These are your order dimensions. Installation on the window frame: Measure the clear width B and clear height H from window-frame edge to window-frame edge at three points each. Use the smallest width and height measurements, then add 66 mm for the guide rails to the width and 44 mm for the roller-blind cassette to the height. These are your order dimensions. Step 3: Order the insect screen roller blind and email us the exact measurements Select your desired dimension ranges and order your custom frame with the following details: installation type (window reveal or window frame) and individual width and height dimensions in millimeters.
