Product descriptions MESAROS carriage bolts (DIN 603), hex nuts (DIN 934), and large washers (DIN 9021): Product information: Carriage bolts are particularly suitable for wood or metal connections. They can withstand higher loads and can be installed indoors or outdoors. The bolts have a flat, rounded head with no drive, so they cannot be installed with a screwdriver or wrench. They are fastened by inserting the bolt through the hole and fitting a nut on the back. This secures the square neck located directly beneath the head. Hex nuts are often used together with carriage bolts. This hex nut is the standard type of nut available in the hardware sector. It is versatile and can be used in almost all areas. Large DIN 9021 washers are part of every standard hardware assortment and are therefore an important connection and fastening component. DIN 9021 enables optimal distribution of the load across the connected component.
