They are suitable for packaging boxes, pipes, structural steel, reinforcing bars, and larger freight items. To use the tools, place the open seals and bend the steel band 50 mm from the seal. Turn the tensioning knob clockwise until the band is securely tightened. Press the sealing handle to complete the locking process, then tilt the tensioner upward to cut the band. Return the knob to its original position after cutting. The pneumatic steel strapping tensioner is compatible with steel bands, operates at 0.490.63 MPa air pressure, and provides a maximum tensioning force of 8,500 N. It weighs 4.1 kg. The pneumatic sealer also operates at 0.490.63 MPa and provides a sealing force of 15 kN. It has a single-clamp buckle design and weighs 3.1 kg.
