Description

• Highly resistant to UV radiation, heat (up to 70C briefly and 50C continuously), scratches, mechanical damage, cracking, peeling, and dirt.
• Can be applied directly to rust. The special anti-corrosion formula neutralizes rust and helps prevent new rust formation.
• Environmentally and user-friendly, solvent-free, with long-lasting resistance to yellowing under radiator operating conditions of 50/30C.
• For interior use on vertical and horizontal surfaces as a finish and protective coat.
• Coverage: approximately 12.5 m per coat; 2 coats are recommended.

PRODUCT INFORMATION: Water-based, universal, opaque paint for direct application to rust without primer. Suitable for all metal surfaces, especially radiators. SUITABLE SURFACES: Panel and cast-iron radiators; convector radiators made of ribbed steel tubes; aluminum finned radiators; tubular radiators; heating pipes and connections; fireplace components; and pipes for warm-air heating systems. RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS: Q-COVER Cleaner and Degreaser for degreasing before painting; Q-COVER Rust Converter for securing loose rust areas. DRYING TIME: At 20C and 60% relative humidity, dust-dry after approximately 1 hour. Partially cured after approximately 12 hours and fully cured after approximately 48 hours. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: During application, disconnect radiators from the heat source by closing the valves. Paint heating riser pipes outside the heating season. TECHNICAL DATA: Ready to use; mix carefully only if separation occurs. The surface must be clean, dry, sound, stable, and free of substances that impair adhesion. Degrease, clean, and allow to dry. Remove loose rust; sand smooth surfaces; roughen powder-coated surfaces. Apply with a brush, roller, or spray; 2 coats are recommended. Application temperature: +8C to +30C. Can be recoated after 0.51 hour or once dust-dry. Gloss level (85): high-gloss 8590, satin 50, semi-matte 25, matte 5. PLEASE NOTE: Keep out of reach of children. Rinse eyes immediately after contact. Do not inhale spray mist. Wear protective clothing. Clean tools immediately with water. Do not allow the product to enter drains, bodies of water, or soil.
